| Ardamax Keylogger logs not all pressed keys. |
There is user account control in Windows Vista and
Windows 7 and it prevents the keylogger from running. It
can be disabled in the Control Panel.

| The antivirus software detects Ardamax Keylogger. |
Use the latest private version of Ardamax Keylogger or
add it to the exception list of the antivirus software. |
| The program icon is not visible in the System
Tray. |
Make sure that the Hidden
Mode is disabled. There is also a new System Tray
in the latest versions of Windows. Click the small arrow
in it to show hidden icons. You can drag and drop the Ardamax
Keylogger icon to the visible System Tray.

| I cannot disable the Hidden
Mode in order to access its options. |
Try pressing the hotkey that is used to enable/disable the
Hidden Mode
(Ctrl+Alt+Shift+H by default). If it does not help, use
this tool:
