In this view you can see the key
activity log. The filters and the log file display format are
configured on the left-hand side. You can minimize the unnecessary
panels by clicking their header. On the right-hand side you can see
the log file records, taking into account the current filters and
the display format. To view the contents of the record you need,
select it in the list and you will see its contents in the bottom
panel.
Date Filter –
specify the day to view the recorded log file. If you need to
specify a several days period, left click the first day and holding
the mouse button specify the last day of the period and release the
mouse button. To view the whole period, check the "All
period" option.
Content Filter –
enables you to filter records according to fields' contents. If the
filter of each element matches a part of a record item it will
correspond to the filter.
- User – the username (the Windows account
login) under which the text was typed.
- Application name
- Window Title
- Text – the record contents.
- Match case – case sensitive when the filter
works.
- Hide empty records – if the option is checked
only non-empty records are displayed (the current display format is
taken into account).
Text Format – specifies the format to display
the record contents.
- Show deleted chars – if the option is checked
you will see the characters deleted with the Backspace key.
- Show non-characters – show control keys and
modifying keys (Ctrl, Shift, etc.). You can disable the keys you
don't want to be displayed in the list below.
